● This is a machining machine that performs notch cutting on Charpy and Izod impact test specimens based on the notch processing conditions specified in JIS K 7144 and ISO 2819. ● Processing conditions (such as cutting depth per pass and feed rate) can be set and registered according to the material of the test specimen. ● High-precision notch cutting is possible in units of 0.01mm using a pulse motor. ● In addition to notch cutting for impact test specimens, the A-4 type can also cut out specimens for impact, bending, creep, etc., from JIS K 7139 and ISO 3167 multi-purpose test specimens (A-type dumbbells) through end slicing and side cutting. ● The dimensions of the notch cutter tip and the actual notch dimensions of the processed samples are inspected and managed using a contour measuring machine.
